Most people believe that olive oil is largely flavorless because almost all of the olive oil sold on the mass market is actually a blended oil that mostly consists of a processed oil that's been chemically treated. They typically contain no more than 10% of Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or what we like to call "real olive oil."

The olives used in our oils are crushed within 4 hours of picking and held in air tight containers during transit. Once they reach the West Coast, they're immediately transferred into stainless steel tanks and nitrogen flushed to keep them as fresh as possible. We have all the necessary documentation and laboratory analysis need to verify our quality and longevity statements as well as the phenol counts on each oil.

ARBEQUINA (Spain) 375ml: $13.99 · 750ml: $25.99 First cold-pressed, single fruit oil from Arbequina olives; our “sweet” Arbequina has a medium fruitiness with apple overtones and a non-oily mouth feel.	ASCALANO (California) 375ml: $15.99 · 750ml: $27.99 Delicate and complex, the ascalano is rich and exquisitely buttery, with an amazingly long finish.	BARNEA (Australia) 375ml: $13.99 · 750ml: $25.99 From the Barnea olive, this oil has a soft buttery front palate followed(about 15 seconds later) with a peppery hit.
CORATINA (Australia) 375ml: $13.99 · 750ml: $25.99 This early harvest oil from Boundry Bend, Australia has a classic green-yellow color with a full flavor and slightly peppery finish. Great on salads and as dipping oil.	FRANTOIO (Australia) 375ml: $14.99 · 750ml: $26.99 Frantoio is Italian for “olive press.” This type of extra virgin olive oil is very fruity and notably aromatic.	HOJIBLANCA (Spain) 375ml: $14.99 · 750ml: $26.99 A fine late harvest olive oil, smooth on the palate with a slightly almond finish. Use Hojjiblanca in cooking applications; it has a higher smoke point compared to other olive oils.

It has an unbelievable fragrance of fresh ripe fruit and is very limited in supply with only four tons of this oil produced in the world last season. Only 200 bottles available. The very best Manzanilla olives are used for this unique olive stuffed with anchovy. The use of Chardonnay wine in the brine ensures a less salty taste to this otherwise salty combination.

Chardonnay Garlic

Colossal green olive, hand stuffed with pickled garlic and marinated in Chardonnay wine to achieve a milder, less salty olive.

Chardonnay Jalapeño

Chardonnay Pimento Stuffed Olives

This traditional martini olive is hand stuffed with pimento and then marinated in Chardonnay wine for a milder and less salty flavor.

Kalamata Olives

Unpitted, imported Kalamata olives marinated in red wine. Greek seasoning is added to compliment the rich, fruity flavor.

Twisted Martini Olives

A colossal green olive is hand stuffed wiith pimento, then a marinated lemon peel is twisted around the olive and skewered with a toothpick. The whole condiment is edible and makes the perfect martini.

Vermouth Bleu Cheese

Jumbo pitted green olives stuffed with Bleu cheese and marinated in a special vermouth brine.
